Terms of Use
LegalEase AI · PSU Pro, LLC
Effective October 18, 2026
LegalEase AI is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. It explains documents in plain English using artificial intelligence. Nothing it produces creates an attorney-client relationship.
Agreement
These terms are between you and PSU Pro, LLC (“PSU Pro”, “we”) for the LegalEase AI app. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live (or have a parent or guardian’s permission).
License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own purposes, under these terms and the rules of the app store you got it from. Apple’s or Google’s standard terms for apps apply in addition. We keep all rights in the app, its design and its content. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or build a competing service from the app or its output at scale.
Not legal advice; no attorney-client relationship
LegalEase AI uses artificial intelligence to explain legal documents. It is not a law firm, not a substitute for a licensed attorney, and nothing it produces is legal advice. Laws differ by state and change over time. Using the app does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and PSU Pro or anyone else. Before you sign, file or respond to anything important, consider talking to an attorney licensed in your state. Deadlines in any document can be strict; check them yourself.
AI output disclaimer
Analysis is generated by an AI model from the document you provide. It can be incomplete, outdated, misread your document or simply wrong. Results are labelled “Generated by AI”: verify anything you rely on. You are responsible for your decisions and for what you do with the output.
Your account and your documents
You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. Only upload documents you have the right to share. You keep ownership of your documents. You give us permission to process them (including sending them to our service providers such as Google’s Gemini API) solely to provide the analysis. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how to delete it. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
Subscriptions
- LegalEase Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year (prices may vary by country and tax). Your first document is a free preview.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel any time in your App Store (Apple ID) or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel billing.
- Pro includes 10 document analyses per month on the monthly plan and 120 per year on the yearly plan, granted at each renewal. We may adjust fair-use limits to prevent abuse.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Except as required by those stores or by law, we do not provide refunds for partial periods.
- If a price changes we will follow the store’s notice rules.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, upload content you have no right to use, attempt to extract or interfere with our systems or models, overload the service, resell access, or use output to mislead others about being a lawyer or practise law without a licence. We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules.
Availability and changes
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features, limits and prices may change. We may update these terms; continued use after the effective date means you accept the change.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that analysis will be correct, complete or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, PSU Pro and its owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, deadlines, opportunities or legal outcomes, arising from your use of the app or reliance on its output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim (or US$50 if you paid nothing). Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as your local law permits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where PSU Pro, LLC is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer-protection laws of the state or country where you live. Where a term conflicts with a law that applies to you and cannot be waived, that law controls and the rest of these terms stay in effect.
