Privacy Policy

In short: you create an account, you choose a document, and we send it securely to our servers and to Google’s Gemini AI to explain it. We do not keep the original file after the analysis. We do not run ads, we have no analytics SDK, and we do not sell personal data. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app.

Who we are

LegalEase AI (the “app”) is published by PSU Pro, LLC (“PSU Pro”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what you can do about it. Contact: support@psupro.com.

Not legal advice

LegalEase AI is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. It uses artificial intelligence to explain documents in plain English. It is not a substitute for a licensed attorney, and the analysis may be incomplete or wrong. Before you sign, file or respond to anything, consider talking to an attorney licensed in your state.

What we collect

Data	What it is
Account	Your email address, your name, and the sign-in method you use (email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google). Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; we never see them.
Your documents	The file or photos you choose to analyse. The content is transmitted to our servers and to Google’s Gemini API to produce the analysis. The original file is not retained after analysis.
Analysis results	The summary and the full analysis (risks, obligations and glossary) are stored in your account until you delete the case or the account, so you can reopen them on any phone you sign in on.
Purchases	An app-store purchase record (the subscription you bought, its status and dates) kept by RevenueCat and linked to your account ID, so we can confirm and restore your subscription. We do not see or store your payment card; Apple or Google processes the payment.
Choices you make	The perspective you pick (neutral, sent to you, or sent or filed by you) and the name you optionally type when you add a document, stored with that case.

We do not use advertising, we have no analytics or tracking SDK in the app, we do not collect your location, contacts, advertising identifier or device identifiers for tracking, and we do not sell your personal data.

The camera is used only to scan documents you choose to analyse. Photos are used only when you pick one. Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode is used only on your device for the optional App Lock; we never receive biometric data.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To analyse the document you submit and show you the result.
• To store your results so you can reopen them on any phone you sign in on.
• To confirm your subscription, track your monthly analysis allowance and let you restore your purchase.
• To respond to support requests, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

We do not use your documents to train our own models. We do not use your data for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that make the app work:

• Google Cloud and Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database and Cloud Functions hosting): account, stored results and processing.
• Google Gemini API: the document content you submit, to generate the analysis.
• RevenueCat: your purchase record and account ID, to manage subscriptions.
• Apple and Google: to process billing for subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.

Retention and deletion

• The original file you upload is not retained after analysis.
• Analysis results stay in your account until you delete the case or delete the account.
• Delete account in the app (Settings) permanently removes your account, every analysed document and its results.
• If you cannot use the app, email support@psupro.com from your account email and we will delete your data.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions first.
• Purchase records held by RevenueCat and billing records held by Apple or Google follow those companies’ own retention rules; ask us to request deletion with the store order number.
• Third-party providers may keep backups or logs for a short period.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Account data is stored with Google Cloud and Firebase security controls, and access to stored cases is restricted to the account that owns them. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your device locked. You can turn on App Lock in Settings.

Children

LegalEase AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email support@psupro.com and we will delete it.

Your rights

Whoever you are, you can access, correct or delete your data from the app or by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA/CPRA, or the EU, UK and similar regions under the GDPR) you may also have the right to:

• know what personal data we hold and receive a copy;
• correct it or have it deleted;
• object to or restrict some processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it;
• not be discriminated against for using these rights;
• complain to your data protection authority.

We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising. To use a right, email support@psupro.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from your account. Where we process data under the GDPR, our bases are performing the service you asked for (contract) and our legitimate interest in keeping it secure. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email.
