- Where are my documents? Sign in with the same account on any phone and your analysed documents are there. The original file is not kept after analysis; the results are.
- Purchases. Subscriptions are billed and managed by the App Store or Google Play. Use Restore purchases in Settings if Pro does not show after a reinstall.
- Deleting your account. See Delete your account.
