Delete your account

Delete in the app

1. Open LegalEase AI and sign in.
2. Tap the gear icon on the Home screen to open Settings.
3. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete everything.

Deletion starts immediately: your sign-in, your profile, every analysed document and its results are removed from our servers and you are signed out.

Delete by email

If you no longer have the app, email support@psupro.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my LegalEase AI account”. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder and then delete the account and its data.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• The original file you upload is not retained after analysis.
• Analysis results stay in your account until you delete the case or delete the account.
• Delete account in the app (Settings) permanently removes your account, every analysed document and its results.
• If you cannot use the app, email support@psupro.com from your account email and we will delete your data.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions first.
• Purchase records held by RevenueCat and billing records held by Apple or Google follow those companies’ own retention rules; ask us to request deletion with the store order number.
• Third-party providers may keep backups or logs for a short period.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a LegalEase Pro subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; otherwise the store keeps billing you.
