Terms of Service
ShuttrGo · PSU Pro, LLC
Effective October 20, 2026
These Terms govern your use of ShuttrGo, a mobile app operated by PSU Pro, LLC (“ShuttrGo”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use ShuttrGo.
1. What ShuttrGo is
ShuttrGo is a marketplace that connects people who want photos taken (“Clients”) with independent photographers (“Photographers”). One account can be both.
ShuttrGo is a technology platform. We are not a photography studio, we do not employ Photographers, and we do not take photos. The photography services are provided by Photographers, not by ShuttrGo.
2. Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- You must give accurate information, including a real photo of yourself. Both sides see each other’s photo so you can recognize each other.
- One person, one account. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- ShuttrGo is offered in many countries. All prices are in US dollars. Photographers can receive payouts only where Stripe Connect payouts are available to them (see section 6).
3. Photographers are independent contractors
Photographers are independent contractors, not employees, agents or partners of ShuttrGo. They choose when to go online, which jobs to accept, and how to do the work. ShuttrGo does not control the way Photographers perform their services.
Photographers are responsible for their own equipment, taxes, permits, licenses and insurance.
4. Credentials are self-reported
Photographers can mark themselves as “licensed” or “insured” and may upload supporting documents. Unless a badge says it is verified, it is self-reported and has not been checked by ShuttrGo. We do not guarantee that any Photographer is licensed, insured, qualified or suitable for your job. Use your own judgment, and ask the Photographer directly if it matters to you.
ShuttrGo does not perform background checks on Photographers or Clients.
5. Booking, pricing and fees
- Photographers set their own standard hourly rate (from $40 to $300 per hour), shown on their profile. A booking made from a Photographer’s profile is priced at that Photographer’s rate: the first hour in 10-minute blocks at one-sixth of the hourly rate each (time is rounded up to the next block), then the hourly rate, prorated by the minute.
- A request for the nearest available Photographer is priced at the ShuttrGo rate: $10 for every 10 minutes for the first hour (time is rounded up to the next 10-minute block), then $40 per hour, prorated by the minute. Bookings run from 10 minutes to 4 hours.
- If no Photographer accepts a request at its price, the app may offer you a new price: the lowest standard rate among available Photographers within 10 miles. You choose whether to accept it. If you accept, your card authorization is replaced with one for the new total; if you decline or do not answer in time, the request is cancelled and you are not charged.
- Bookings for “now” include a $8 rush fee.
- Clients also pay a service fee of 5% of the price plus $1.50, which covers card processing and running the platform.
- Tips are optional. You can add one when you approve payment at the end of the shoot, or later from the completed booking, up to $500. 100% of a tip goes to the Photographer. A tip is charged separately to the card you booked with.
- You see the full price, including every fee, before you pay. The price shown before you book is final, unless you accept a new price in the app. Prices, rates and fees may change for future bookings.
- Referral credit, when you have it, is applied to a booking at checkout and has no cash value.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you book, your card is authorized and the funds are held. When the Photographer finishes the shoot, you have 10 minutes to approve payment or report a problem. The charge is captured when you approve, or automatically 10 minutes after the shoot ends if you do not respond, and the Photographer is then paid. Approving payment does not depend on the photos being delivered first. If no Photographer accepts your request, the authorization is released and you are not charged.
The card you book with is saved to your account with Stripe, so a tip you add can be charged without entering it again. A tip is charged only when you choose to add one. You can remove saved cards in Settings at any time.
Photographers receive 75% of the price of each booking (including any rush fee) at whichever rate the booking was priced at, 75% of any cancellation fee, and 100% of any tip. ShuttrGo keeps the rest of the price and the service fee.
Photographers are paid through Stripe Connect and must complete Stripe’s onboarding (which may include identity and bank verification handled by Stripe) before they can receive payouts. Payouts are currently available only to Photographers whose Stripe accounts are in countries that Stripe Connect supports for ShuttrGo; Photographers elsewhere cannot receive payouts until their country is enabled.
ShuttrGo never sees or stores your full card number.
7. Cancellations and no-shows
- Clients can cancel for free until a Photographer accepts the booking. After that, it is free to cancel up to an hour after a Photographer accepts, or until one hour before your shoot, whichever comes first.
- For a booking for “now”, or any shoot that starts within an hour of acceptance, free cancellation ends as soon as the Photographer accepts.
- After free cancellation ends, a Client who cancels pays a $10 cancellation fee. The booking screen shows when free cancellation ends.
- If a Photographer cancels, or does not show up, the Client is refunded in full and pays no fee.
- If nobody accepts a request in time, it expires and any authorization is released.
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to account limits or removal.
8. Photos and ownership
The Photographer owns the copyright in the photos they take. When a booking is completed and paid, the Photographer grants the Client a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, copy, print, share and publish the delivered photos for personal and business purposes, excluding resale of the photos as stock images.
Photographers may display portfolio photos they upload to their profile. They may not publish a Client’s delivered photos without the Client’s permission.
You promise that anything you upload is yours to upload and does not break the law or anyone’s rights.
9. Delivery and photo retention
Delivered photos are kept in the app for 90 days after the booking is completed and then deleted. Download the photos you want to keep before then. Photographers may also share an external link; ShuttrGo is not responsible for third-party links.
10. Problems and disputes
If something is wrong with a shoot, tap “Dispute” on the booking screen within 10 minutes of the end of the shoot, before payment is approved or charged automatically. The booking is placed on hold, your card is not charged automatically, the Photographer’s payout is held, and our support team will review it. While the dispute is open you can cancel it from the booking screen; you then have another 10 minutes to approve payment before it is charged automatically. After the payment is processed, or for any other problem, email support@psupro.com and include the booking number.
We will do our best to resolve it fairly, and our decision on refunds and payouts for a booking is final within ShuttrGo, without limiting any rights you have under law.
11. Safety
You are meeting a person you may not know. Meet in a public or appropriate place, trust your instincts, and leave if you feel unsafe. In an emergency, call 911. You are responsible for getting any permission needed to take photos at the location of the shoot.
12. Acceptable use
- No harassment, discrimination, threats or illegal activity.
- No photos of minors without a parent or guardian’s consent, and no sexual or exploitative content.
- No arranging or taking payment outside the app to avoid fees for bookings made through ShuttrGo.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the app or other users.
- No false profiles, fake reviews, or impersonation.
13. Community rules
Treat everyone with respect, in the app and in person. Harassment, threats, hate speech and unwanted sexual messages or photos are not allowed in messages, reviews, profiles or portfolios.
Do not ask for, offer or accept payment outside ShuttrGo for a booking made through ShuttrGo, and do not use messages to move a booking off the platform.
You can report or block anyone from their profile, a chat or a booking. Blocked users cannot book or message you, and you will not see each other’s requests. Manage blocked users in Settings.
We review reports and may remove content, and limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without notice where someone’s safety requires it.
14. Ratings and messages
Clients and Photographers rate each other after a booking. Ratings must be honest and respectful. Messages are available only inside a booking and are for coordinating that shoot. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.
15. Suspension and ending your account
You can delete your account in the app under Settings, or by emailing support@psupro.com. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms, put others at risk, or abuse the platform. Amounts already owed for completed bookings remain payable.
16. Disclaimers
ShuttrGo is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a Photographer will be available, or about the quality, safety or legality of any Photographer’s services or any Client’s conduct.
17. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ShuttrGo and its owners, employees and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a Client’s and a Photographer’s dealings with each other. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid through ShuttrGo in the 3 months before the claim or $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms, and any dispute between you and ShuttrGo, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@psupro.com and describe the problem. We will try to resolve it informally, and both sides agree to try for at least 30 days from your email before starting a court case.
If we cannot resolve it, any claim relating to these Terms or the app must be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and ShuttrGo consent to those courts’ exclusive jurisdiction and venue. Either side may instead bring an eligible claim in small-claims court.
To the extent the law allows, claims may be brought only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action.
Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the law of the place where you live that cannot be waived by agreement.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use ShuttrGo after the change means you accept it.
