ShuttrGo · PSU Pro, LLC
Effective October 20, 2026

PSU Pro, LLC (“ShuttrGo”, “we”, “us”) runs the ShuttrGo app. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. No personal data is sold.

How to delete your account

Delete in the app (fastest):

  1. Open ShuttrGo and sign in.
  2. Go to your Profile and tap the Settings (gear) button.
  3. Tap Delete account, then confirm. Your profile, photo and portfolio are removed and you are signed out everywhere.

Or ask us: email support@psupro.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my ShuttrGo account”, and we will delete it for you.

Before you delete: finish or cancel any active booking first; the app will not delete an account while a booking is in progress.

What is deleted: your email address, phone number, profile name and photo, portfolio, photographer bio and gear, license and insurance documents, uploaded profile files, saved-card customer record at Stripe, push notification tokens and live presence. Your sign-in is removed. Delivered photos are deleted 90 days after a booking is completed in any case.

What may be kept: booking and payment records, ratings, reviews and in-booking messages from past bookings, which stay without your name or photo (they show “Deleted user”), for as long as needed for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute purposes, and the log of when a photographer went online and offline, for safety and dispute review. Photographers’ Stripe payout accounts are kept by Stripe as it requires for past transfers, under Stripe’s own policy.

You can also ask to see or correct your data, or opt out of notifications and location in your device settings. See sections 6 to 8 of this policy.

1. What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, and sign-in method (email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google).
  • Your identification photo. Both sides of a booking see each other’s photo so you can recognize each other.
  • Phone number, if you add one. It is optional and is not shown on your public profile.
  • Photographer profile details: bio, specialties, gear, experience, travel radius, portfolio photos, and whether you say you are licensed or insured, plus any license or insurance documents you choose to upload.
  • Booking details: location, time, duration, type of shoot, notes, status, prices, ratings and reviews, and the messages you send inside a booking.
  • Photos that Photographers upload as part of a delivery.
  • Location (see below).
  • Payment records: the last four digits and brand of a card, payment status, tips, refunds and payouts. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, and ShuttrGo never stores them.
  • Safety reports you file or that are filed about you, and the list of people you have blocked.
  • Push notification tokens and your notification permission, so we can send booking updates.
  • Basic technical data, such as device type, operating system and error logs, to keep the app working and secure.

2. Location

Clients: we use your precise location while the app is open so you can set where the shoot happens and see photographers nearby.

Photographers: while you are online, we use your precise location, including in the background when the app is not on screen, to send you nearby jobs and show Clients your arrival. We stop collecting it when you go offline. We keep a record of when you go online and offline.

During a booking, the Photographer’s live location is shown to the Client while the Photographer is on the way, and the shoot location is shown to the matched Photographer.

You can turn location off in your device settings, but the app cannot match or locate you without it.

3. How we use your information

We do not show ads and we do not use your information for advertising.

  • To create your account and run the marketplace: matching, booking, delivery, ratings and support.
  • To process payments, refunds and payouts.
  • To send notifications about offers, bookings and messages.
  • To keep the platform safe: preventing fraud and abuse, enforcing our Terms, and resolving disputes.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • To improve the app.

4. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to run the service:

  • The other person in a booking: your name, photo, rating, and the location details needed for the shoot.
  • Google Firebase: our hosting provider for sign-in, our database, file storage and server functions.
  • Stripe: payment processing and Stripe Connect payouts. Photographers give Stripe their identity and bank details directly, under Stripe’s privacy policy.
  • Expo: delivery of push notifications.
  • Map and address services provided by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android and address search), which receive the locations you search for or view.
  • Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect people’s safety and our rights.
  • A buyer, if ShuttrGo is sold or merged, under this policy.

5. We do not sell your data

No personal data is sold, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. How long we keep it

  • Delivered photos are deleted 90 days after the booking is completed.
  • Your account information is kept until you delete your account.
  • Booking and payment records may be kept after deletion for as long as needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention and dispute purposes.
  • Location history of online and offline events is kept for safety and dispute review.

7. Deleting your account

Delete your account in the app under Settings, then Delete account, or email support@psupro.com and we will do it for you. Deleting removes your profile, photo and portfolio and signs you out everywhere.

An account cannot be deleted while one of its bookings is active. Finish or cancel the booking first, then delete.

Booking, payment, message and review records from past bookings are kept after deletion for dispute, tax and accounting reasons. In them your name is shown as “Deleted user” and your photo is removed.

If you were a Photographer, Stripe keeps your connected-account record as it requires for past transfers, under Stripe’s own privacy policy.

Records we must keep, as described above, are limited to what is needed.

8. Your choices and rights

To use any of these rights, email support@psupro.com.

  • Access or correct your details in Settings, or ask us for a copy.
  • Turn off notifications or location in your device settings.
  • Ask us to delete your data or close your account.
  • If you live in California or another state with privacy laws, you may have the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal data, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.

9. Security

We use industry-standard protections, including encryption in transit and access controls on stored data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

10. Children

ShuttrGo is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has an account, contact us and we will remove it.

11. Where data is stored

Your information is stored and processed in the United States, including when you use ShuttrGo from another country. By using the app you understand that your information is transferred to and handled in the United States.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email. The effective date is at the top.
